The IAS , Orissa brings together the IAS's diverse group of administrative faculty to promote and facilitate communication, identify and address pertinent issues, share information, enhance professional identity, and create opportunities for collegiality. To ensure balance, at least one member of the association shall be representative of each of the three types of campus departments: academic (including research and library), administrative, and auxiliary or support services.
